Does TakeawayBoost charge commission on orders?
No. TakeawayBoost charges 0% commission on direct orders. Your payment provider may still charge its normal transaction fees.
Is there a lock-in period?
There is no lock-in. Any notice period is stated clearly in the individual agreement.
Why is there a one-time setup fee?
We configure the website, branding, menu, opening hours, payments, delivery and devices for each restaurant. The setup price is therefore quoted separately.
Is TakeawayBoost a POS or cash-register system?
No, not currently. TakeawayBoost handles online ordering, kiosk, kitchen workflow and displays, but does not replace a complete POS system.
Can you provide display screens?
Yes. Kitchen displays, customer pickup screens, tablets, printers and kiosk hardware can be supplied as separate add-ons.
Can you build a fully custom website?
Yes. We can build a custom website for a takeaway, restaurant, café or bakery and add TakeawayBoost functions where needed.
